Breaking the cycle of diet culture, one lift at a time.

The Pretty Little Lifters is an online community for women who want to learn how to get strong, love their bodies, and feel more comfortable in the gym. Being healthy doesn’t have to be restrictive. In fact, it can be freeing and fun. The Pretty Little Lifters provides guidance and resources for health educators and women of all skill levels, ages, abilities, and body types to learn how to lift weights, boost their confidence, and ultimately become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.

We encourage women to take up space, and push back against what society tells them they need to look and feel like.

TIFFANY RAGOZINNO
TEACHER - MENTOR - TRAINER - LIFTER

Growing up in Southern California, health fads and crash diets were a part of the culture. I struggled for my entire life under the societal pressure to be thin and attractive at any cost. It took a toll on my mental and physical health, and years of unlearning that “healthy” doesn’t mean “small.” Against all odds, I found a love for going to the gym. One that wasn’t attached to losing weight. I started to learn just how good it felt to be strong–to be able to (literally) carry myself through the world with health and confidence.

The Pretty Little Lifters is my way of giving that strength, health, and confidence back to the women that were taught from a young age that “nothing tastes better than skinny feels.” Health is about balance, confidence, and strength. And by the way, strong feels better than that crash diet ever could.
