Some helpful tips for this workout…
For the broad jumps, if you can’t make it across the length of your mat…take smaller jumps to build your confidence and technique. Also, make sure you are landing softly and bend your knees to absorb the landing.
The lunges can be a little confusing at first, but you’ll get the hang of them! Start with one leg and do…1 forward lunge, 1 side lunge, 1 reverse lunge (then repeat on other leg)
If you don’t have dumbbells for the front rack squats, that’s okay! Or find some equal weighted household items like heavy cans/bottles!
