I LOVE trying out new workouts! I think you can learn so much from other trainers and other methods of working out. It’s also great to keep your body guessing! I recently discovered a new pop-up in my neighborhood in West Hollywood called The Wall…and it was so FUN! I enjoyed it so much fellow blogger Katrina of Fit Kat Blog and I decided to host an event and workout with some amazing ladies!
The Wall was started by Jason Wimberly, and if you’ve never taken his class…put it on your to do list! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed and smiled so much during a workout! He’ll break into dance, lay across your bike handlebars, correct your form, push you, and make you LOL!
The structure of the class is…
-10 minutes of core (this was a BURNER!)
-20 minutes of strength (hi muscles!)
-30 minutes of cycling (sweatfest!!)
After the workout, we toasted with some champagne courtesy of @thewallfitnes and had some delicious coconut water from @bodyenergyclubusa . It was so great chatting and catching up with this group of awesome ladies…they all inspire and motivate me in different ways!
